- Legal Requirements: You must be an adult, legally permitted to trade, and capable of reading, understanding and accepting full risk disclosures.
- Agreement to Terms: Acceptance of all terms and conditions on the this website, including the product's End User License Agreement (EULA), is mandatory.
- Account Registration: To access AFT8 and other ATS products, you need to sign up for a free ATS Universal Account, details provided below in section 2.
- Technical Proficiency: Users should be proficient in using Windows, NinjaTrader 8, and web browsers, web apps, mobile apps, and desktop apps.
- System Requirements: Ensure you have a modern PC and a compatible operating system windows 10, server 2016 or better.
ATS Rejection Criteria
To maintain a supportive, ethical and effective community, to prevent financial harm, and to enforce quality of service and IP protection the following is prohibited:- Heavy Support Traders: If you are unable to self-assist and require constant support for everyday basic tasks, this will not be suitable for you.
- Traders in a Hurry: Those who are looking for quick fixes, chasing unrealistic expectations, or unable to follow a structured game plan, this will not be beneficial.
- Traders in Financial Distress: If you are looking to resolve a fiscal crisis through trading, this is not the appropriate solution.
- Traders Seeking Easy Rewards: "Holy Grail" system seekers, or those who desire rewards without being willing to put in the necessary effort and work.
- NT Ecosystem Vendors: Vendors within the NinjaTrader Ecosystem need written permission or an affiliation to use ATS Systems & services.
- Software Companies or Vendors: Usage is prohibited to software companies or vendors unless they have written permission or an affiliation.
- Developers & Plagiarists: Any developer or vendor aiming to copy, reverse engineer, or infringe on AFT8's technology is prohibited from using the software.
- Trade Copiers Cheats: Traders who bypass a license via sim,demo trading via a trade copier, mirroring to alternate prop firm, 3rd party or live account.
- Multiple Free Trials: multiple account, duplicate trials will be automatically be set to the original trial period or disabled by the AI account monitor without notice
- Mirroring to 3rd partys: Traders who mirror trading account to other 3rd partys such as a trading group, to bypass license subscriptions, in default of EULA.
