ATS Suitable Candidates
Note: Multiple trader login/email accounts are allowed, but only one free trial per person is permitted unless arranged with the ATS Customer Success team.
Commitment Level: AFT8 is designed for traders of all intermediate to veteran levels who are fully committed to learning AFT8 trading systems and joining the winners!
Support Process: Suitable traders are able to search and view the website, help desk articles, video guides, blog, and support groups before seeking assistance.
Legal Requirements: You must be an adult, legally permitted to trade, and capable of reading, understanding, and accepting
full risk disclosures.
Account Registration: To access AFT8 and other ATS products, you need to sign up for a free ATS Universal Account. Details are provided below in section 2.
Technical Proficiency: Users should be very proficient in using Windows, NinjaTrader 8, web browsers, web apps, mobile apps, and desktop apps.
System Requirements: Ensure you have a modern PC running Windows 10, Server 2016, or better.
ATS Rejection Criteria
To maintain a supportive, ethical, and effective community; to prevent financial harm; to enforce quality of service; and to protect intellectual property, the following is prohibited:
Begginers/Average users: This is for intermediate to advanced traders and users of NinjaTrader/Computer skills as required.
Heavy Support Traders: If you are unable to initially self-assist and require ongoing support for everyday basic tasks, this will not be suitable for you.
Traders in a Hurry: Those looking for a quick fix to get rich, chasing unrealistic expectations, or unable to follow a structured game plan.
Traders in Financial Distress: If you are looking to resolve a financial crisis through trading, this is not the appropriate solution.
Traders Seeking Easy Rewards: "Holy Grail" system seekers, or those desiring rewards without the necessary effort and work.
Trade Copier Abuse: Traders who bypass a license by using simulation or demo trading via a trade copier, mirroring to alternate prop firms, third parties, or live accounts.
Multiple Free Trials: Multiple accounts or duplicate trials will automatically be set to the original trial period or disabled by the AI account monitor without notice.
Mirroring to 3rd Parties: Traders who mirror trading accounts to third parties, such as trading groups, to bypass license subscriptions are in default of the EULA.
ATS Support Criteria
To maintain quality of service and trader skill levels within the ATS Group, free and premium assisted support is provided as follows:
Self-Assisted Support: Free and premium traders should self-assist using available resources before seeking additional help.
Tech Support: Traders requiring technical support, product, Zero to hero trading questions get interactive 1-to-1 support in Discord groups.
Self Assisted Onboarding
Self assisted traders will need to be able to perform the following steps and gain access to login, trading groups and apps, setup and gain access to the Zero to Hero course
Complete Section 2.1: to sign up, automatically start the 30-day FREE trial and gain access to web apps and downloads.
Emails Add to Safelist: Check your inbox for welcome and free trial emails. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders and add the sender to your safe list.
Complete Section 2.2: to link your Discord account with your ATS account and unlock trading group access.
Access Trader Benefits: access trader benefits in Section 3, including web apps, trading systems, and trading groups.
Download & Setup: Download and install apps, sign in, access the Zero to Hero trading program, and start trading!
